Image processing methods have become consistently used approaches in a wide variety of applications with modern technology devices. Image classification and segmentation is a common topic in computer vision as well as a backbone and focal point in image processing approaches. Biometric and biomedical image processing are two of the most common examples of image processing applications that we have seen over the past two decades. in medicine, there is a great need for modern imaging technology algorithms that can be used to detect the internal organs of the human body in the process of disease diagnosis. To this end, researchers are working every day to develop new methods or improve existing methods that will help in efforts to improve human life and health. in this study, a comparative study was conducted to evaluate the performance of different types of machine learning classification algorithms on brain tumor images. According to the result obtained, the performance of the models differs in the accuracy of their classification capabilities. Different performance measurements are used during the evaluation and interpretation of the results and the results obtained are presented in the comparison table in the results section. Six classification models are used, which are mainly used in the field of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Future studies may increase the comparison techniques by adding other classification and clustering techniques to study the effectiveness of each technique in the classification operation of medical images.

One of the areas of use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) developed for use in various missions in military and public areas is target search activities in large terrain environments. In the event that the size of the target to be sought expands and the number increases, the use of UAVs alone is insufficient, and as a solution to this problem, UAV swarms are created. The use of UAV swarms in target detection shortens the search time and offers the opportunity to search in larger areas. In this study, it is aimed to establish a lot of UAV systems to search targets in the simulation environment and to detect the targets fleeing from the search zone. In the study, the speed and position information of the swarm UAVs were updated by using Particle Swarm Optimization, and the speeds of the UAVs in the swarm were calculated according to the position and speed values between the neighboring UAVs. Coordinate data has been added to the functions created to determine the matrix values of the area to be scanned to achieve the goals. When the road planning of the swarm UAVs was created, the rotations of the UAVs were softened by using Dubins and Bezier Curves from start to finish in the base area. As a result, the swarm UAVs reached a speed of up to 30 km / h within the x and y coordinates of the simulation map in the range of -800 to 1000, and the control and destruction of the target was carried out in 02.29 minutes. The simulation results contribute to reducing the target search process in multiple UAV missions.

Most of the water resources throughout the world are used for agricultural irrigation purposes. The decrease in water resources due to climate change as a result of global warming has increased the importance of water in agricultural production. To meet the food demand of the increasing population, especially in countries suffering from water scarcity, new methods are needed to increase productivity in agricultural irrigation. In parallel to the development of technology, the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a result of rapid advances in microelectronics and wireless communication. During the last decade, there are many applications have been carried out in different fields by using the Internet of Things model. One of these applications is the new generation of measuring devices called smart meters used in electricity, water, and natural gas measurements. In this study, we have introduced a novel smart water meter hardware design for agricultural irrigation applications. Since the designed smart water meter has wireless connection capability, it allows instant monitoring of water consumption over a remote server and also irrigation management. On this basis, it is possible to stop irrigation when the predetermined quota is exceeded and to quickly detect illegal usage.

Our global resource system is faced with problems such as urbanization, industrial development, modernization in agriculture, international and regional trade, prices, technological developments, changes in diets and climate change. In order for us to use our limited resources in a sustainable way, it is necessary to turn to solutions that consider the connection between water, energy and food. Therefore, it is important to improve the processes that cause food loss and waste for sustainable food systems and access to healthy food. Any change in the distance, time or temperature of the product in the existing agri-food supply chain causes spoilage and increases product prices. This situation negatively affects the access of individuals to food. This study focused on the importance of cold chain logistics in ensuring the sustainability of agricultural and food products. The aim of the study is to reveal the importance of cold chain logistics in the sustainable food value chain. In the first stage, the sustainable development goals of the United Nations were prioritized with the AHP method. In the second stage, the action steps of cold chain logistics were evaluated. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that cold chain logistics is important in preventing food loss and waste, but a shared model is used to reduce logistics costs in terms of both high investment costs and following current developments in technology.

Just as the effectiveness of the noticeable changes and innovative activities, experienced in the technology, communication, and social relationships in the recent years, affects all sectors, these are also experienced naturally and concretely in banking sector. Together with that banking sector keeps in step with and becomes modern, that it increase service speed and introduces to its customer to its customers is important. The formation of many advantages in terms of cost accelerates this process. Together with this rapid change experienced in every area, in order to meet the expectations of the customers, whose educational levels and awareness, it is necessary for banking sector to also increase its competitive ability. For increasing competitive ability of the sector, that employees keep in step with technological order, utilize new educational system will enable banks to increase their completive abilities and customer satisfaction. The aim of the study is to identify how digitalization in banking affects the numbers of transaction, employee and branch, bringing advantages of digital banking, In the study, scrutinizing the subject of digital banking, the advantages of digital banking were discussed. Also reporting the importance of the numbers of transaction, the necessity of the numbers of employees, and effectiveness of the numbers of branch in digitalization, the relevant literature review was given place in the study
