Next Generation Universities are educational institutions recognized for their ability to swiftly adapt to technological advances, combat global challenges, and adjust to societal changes. They are institutions poised to shape the future. The aim of this study is to develop a comprehensive model for next generation universities that questions traditional academic approaches, emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration to solve complex problems, and prepares students for the digitized workforce. In this model, technology and online learning platforms play a central role in expanding educational access and offering personalized learning pathways through digital transformation. Sustainability and social responsibility are also among the primary objectives. Universities encourage environmental and community initiatives. This study serves as a resource to guide educational institutions seeking to transform their educational approaches, showcasing how these universities can evolve in the future. The recommendations provided for universities advancing towards the goal of becoming Next Generation Universities offer guidance and support in transforming educational approaches. By emphasizing the necessity of change in the academic world, this study presents a model that contributes to the formation of a future-focused, sustainable, and inclusive society, best preparing students for the challenges ahead. The proposed model serves as a foundation to guide universities in aligning their educational practices with the needs of the next generation, and it has the potential to provide a fundamental framework for ongoing efforts in the higher education system.

Some environmental problems such as global warming, the effects of greenhouse gases, pollution and global climate change are directly related to agriculture and manufacturing industry. With the ever-increasing commercial activities, production is known to pollute the natural environment globally. Considering the fact that human needs are unlimited and resources are limited, it makes it necessary for organizations to use natural resources more effectively and efficiently in order to achieve their organizational goals. Subjects such as less waste, reuse, remanufacturing or recycling, effective and efficient use of energy and natural resources, using less packaging materials and using materials that do not harm the environment, are the subjects that consumers frequently focus on. It forces businesses to change their goals, practices and strategies to address the increasing environmental concerns of individuals who approach environmental issues more consciously. In this context, ecological or environmentally friendly products come to the fore. Today's consumers are willing to pay a higher price for environmentally friendly products with environmental awareness. Today's consumers are willing to pay a higher price for environmentally friendly products by acting with environmental awareness. Creating awareness and carrying out activities on environmental issues in individuals, adopting environmentally friendly products and legal regulations can significantly reduce environmental degradation. The green consumer movement represents people's responsibility for the ecosystem and has evolved as a growing marketing strategy. The aim of this study is to examine the main subject areas, productive and influential countries, journals, authors and international study collaborations of the articles published on green marketing in the Web of Sciences (WoS) database between 2000-2023. Green marketing studies were evaluated with the VOSviewer 1.6.19 application, which has network, layer and density visualization features. According to the results of the research, it is seen that the most studies were carried out as articles and the most articles were published by the "Sustainability" journal. In the subject analysis based on keywords, it is seen that subjects such as green marketing, sustainability, consumption, behavior, impact, performance, attitude, green, product, management, sustainable marketing, consumers and antecedents are examined. The countries that focus the most on green marketing are the United States, China, India, England and Australia respectively. Influential authors in the field are Chen, yu-shan, Kumar, Prsahant, Kim Kyung Hoon, D'souza, Clare, Leonidou, Leonidas, Leonidou, constantinos and Sun yang.

The digital transformation and artificial intelligence have changed talent management and enable companies to be more effective and agile. Technologies such as social media, talent management software, and data analytics support companies in attracting and retaining employees. However, there are also risks associated with candidate evaluation through AI-powered algorithms, such as biases. The implementation of talent management technologies requires close collaboration between HR and the IT department. Capabilities gained through digitalization deeply affect organizational structures and cultures with digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications. In such a period of development and change, it is unthinkable for human resources managements, which are accepted as a strategic partner in terms of institutional development, to stay away from these technological developments. In the literature, it is noteworthy that there are few studies on talent management practices in the context of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, especially from the perspective of human resources management. This study provides an overview of trends and challenges in talent management in the context of artificial intelligence and proposes a model for the implementation of talent management technologies. The methodology includes a literature review and the development of a process model. The aim is to support companies in the successful implementation of talent management technologies and to provide recommendations for future research areas.

Protecting metal surfaces against corrosion and increasing efficiency is one of the important issues for the chemical industry. Today, as a result of rapid technological development, machines work under difficult conditions, especially not have important criteria such as abrasion, corrosion, erosion, fatigue, oxidation, thermal resistance at a sufficient level. Generally, epoxy resins have excellent adhesion, thermal and chemical resistance, beter physico-mechanical and electrical insulation properties. Epoxy resins are widely used in industrial coatings, dentistry, prosthetic manufacture, fiber-reinforced plastics, non-slip coatings, rigid foams, general purpose adhesives, electrical insulators, electronic components, musical instruments, aerospace and automotive industries. Many properties of epoxies such as insulation, conductivity and coating can be improved. In this study, polystyrenes with different molecular masses (200,000, 300,000, 400,000 g/mol) were modified with epichlorhydrin and their adhesion and corrosion properties in sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid and sodiumhydroxide solutions were compared according to the number of epichlorhydrin attached to the polystyrene by modification. As a result, lower molecular mass polystyrene (200,000 g/mol) binds more functional groups (7.5%) and they show higher adhesion (84%) and corrosion properties, whereas higher molecular mass polystyrene (400,000 g/mol) binds fewer functional groups (4.9%) and they show lower adhesion (58%) and corrosion properties.

It is seen that Industry 4.0 technologies are becoming more and more widespread in the production and service sectors, sometimes replacing people and sometimes making their work easier. The spread of advanced technological tools and software outside the production and service sectors over time, and the spread of facilities such as the internet and mobile devices among individual users, are changing our habits. Individually changing and developing human beings change the society they live in, and the effect of new technologies on society is explained by the idea of Society 5.0. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the awareness of the personnel working in banks about Society 5.0, their attitudes towards new technologies and their intention to use these technologies. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) (Davis, 1986) investigated whether there is a significant relationship between demographic variables and sub-dimensions, and whether banks provide training on Society 5.0 to their employees. For this purpose, 442 personnel working in banks in Konya and Karaman provinces were reached by physical survey method. As a result of the research; It has been determined that there is a high level of positive relationship between the attitude towards new technologies and the intention to use, and the perceived usefulness also affects the attitude and intention positively. No significant relationship was found between perceived ease of use and other sub-dimensions. In addition, it has been determined that 25.8% of bank employees have knowledge about Society 5.0, and 9.5% of those who are trained in their institutions
