In this study, GDP and unemployment data in the period covering 2008Q1-2020Q2 were examined and economic growth and unemployment causality in Turkey were examined. Economic growth models were briefly mentioned and emphasis was placed on the place of digital transformation understanding called Industry 4.0 in today's world and its place in the understanding of economic growth. Correlation with descriptive statistics was studied. Unit root tests were performed and the series was prepared, and then the Granger causality test was performed using the var model. As a result of the study, the correct causation from unemployment to GDP could not be determined, while the Grencer causation from GDP to unemployment was determined.
