Dünya genelinde büyük bir hızla gelişme gösteren dijital çağ, tüm sektörlerde dijital dönüşüm yaşanmasına yol açmaktadır. Dijital çağın gereği her alanda yaşanılan bu hızlı dönüşüme işletmelerde ayak uydurmak zorundadırlar. Dijital çağın işletmelere sağladığı çeşitli avantajların yanı sıra Covid-19 pandemi süreci gibi beklenmedik durumlar sürdürülebilirlik için dönüşümün artık bir tercih değil zorunluluk olduğunu göstermiştir. Sürdürülebilirlik için işletmelerde dijitalleşme temelli bir dönüşüm yol haritası belirlenmesi, tüm iş süreçlerinin ve tüm paydaşlarla ilişkilerin revize edilmesi gerekmektedir. İç paydaşlar olan çalışanların tüm iş süreçlerinde aktif olabilmeleri için dijital dönüşüme bakış açılarının belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Eksikliklerin belirlenerek tamamlanması ile çalışan motivasyonunun ve performanslarının arttırılması sayesinde, sürdürülebilir rekabet üstünlüğü sağlanmasına destek olunabilecektir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı işletmelerin önemli maliyet kaynağı ve aynı zamanda iç paydaşı olarak kabul edilen çalışanların dijital dönüşüme bakış açısının motivasyon ve performanslarına etkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın temel problemi ise değişim sürecini yaşayan işletmelerdeki çalışanların dijital dönüşüme bakış açısının motivasyon ve performansa etkisinin olup olmadığının incelenmesidir. Temel amaç doğrultusunda araştırma modeli ve hipotezleri oluşturulmuştur. Evren olarak Bolu Sanayi ve Ticaret Odası’na orta ve büyük ölçekli işletmeler belirlenmiştir. Teknolojinin daha fazla kullanıldığı işletmeler örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Temel amaç doğrultusunda belirlenen işletmelerden nicel araştırma yöntemi tekniklerinden anket tekniği ile veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada 350 beyaz ve altın yakalı çalışandan elde edilen veriler analize alınmıştır. SPSS programı ile veriler analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda araştırma başında geliştirilen üç hipotezin de doğru olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın neticesinde işletme çalışanlarının dijital dönüşüme bakış açısının motivasyonu ve çalışan performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca çalışanların motivasyon düzeyi çalışan performansını olumlu etkilemektedir.
